I was having bad pain and worried that it was an abcess. I called the office, not only was the woman that answered the phone very caring and compassionate but she was also able to get me an appointment the same day. I was worried about how much it was going to cost and if it was even going to fix the pain. The receptionist took my insurance information and was able to find out a rough estimate for me before any decisions were made. I worked with Pam and Dr Matthews they both explained things as we went through the process and made it a great experience for me. I am so glad that I chose to go to this dentist. After everything they did for me, I hope to transition my son from his dentist in Oak Ridge to their office as well for his dental needs.
Great care, flexible with appointments, very attentive and listening to concerns. Available to help 24/7. Actually, I learned about this practice when I had a dental emergency (caused by an Oak Ridge dentist) on a weekend night. No other local dentist would care, including the dentist who caused that emergency. It was only Dr. Matthews who agreed to see me and to help. My hat is off to him. Thank you!

This is the best dental office I have been too. They don’t over book so you don’t have to worry about having to wait for a long period of time. They get you in and done I love it!! Very friendly staff!!
I went here awhile back and it's past time for me to go again. So, I'm about to make an appt. Dr Matthews is a very intelligent man I could tell by the conversation I had with him and his wife is absolutely the sweetest lady ever! He did good work on my teeth! I will say however, if you don't take good care of your teeth and expect a dentist to sugar coat things for you, Matthews is not the one to do that. He's nice but blunt and will indeed tell you the truth. Lol! Overall good experience.
