Kenny was the only person out of several professionals who correctly diagnosed the problem with our system. He then gave us a fair estimate and his technicians worked hard until the problem was resolved. Pricing and attitudes were great throughout. We will definitely stick with Kenny Powell.
Just terrible. They put in an HVAC system less than 4years ago and have had to come out 7 times. 3 of those times were because it was so loud it was waking is up at night when it came on. 4 times because it completely quit. It has never made it 12 months without needing a repair. The only good things I can say about them is they haven't charged me for a repair yet and they have been nice. That is why they get 2 stars instead of 1. Their product is terrible, though, and that is a reflection of the company. I'd rather deal with unpleasant workers if the unit actually worked well. I could have saved a lot of money keeping my old unit and paying for repairs.
Called Office at 5:30 pm to inform them that our AC at the house was not working (they installed 5 yrs ago). They told me that they would be there in the morning. Got home that same afternoon and saw Jeremy was already there and changing the Capacitor in the back-- that is an outstanding employee and a wonderful human being. We appreciate it VERY much given that the temp inside was 81 degrees and we have small children.

Kenny Powell has always been responsive to my needs. He did an excellent job replacing my warn out heat pump recently at my old house and now he is installing a new dual system at the house I am building. He took care of all my insulation needs and incapsulated the crawl space at my new house. His crew does excellent work and in a timely matter.
I've had the best possible experience with Kenny and his crew. They did the geothermal HVAC system on our new house, as well as the gas lines, kitchen vents, and insulation. Kenny is professional, knowledgeable, prompt and fair in his pricing. Whenever there are issues with the HVAC, which is brand new technology that still has a few kinks, he is quick to respond, follow up with the manufacturer, and get it sorted out. I will be using Powell Brothers again as we add a pool and other features to our house.
