You can't buy better customer service. Had to have new mower blade place closed in 10 minutes. The guy took my card over the phone and brought the blade to me!!!!!!
The Bad News: Purchased the most expensive commercial powerhead for the Stihl Kombisystem (along with the blower and pole saw attachments) and the engine stutters and smells like something is burning. Purchased 3 weeks ago.

The Good News: talked to Deal's and they enthusiastically said they would take care of it! I think this should mean I get a new one, because I don't like that my brand-new $900 system needs to be worked on 3 weeks after purchase. They are typically good people and my expectation is that they will issue me a new powerhead. I'll update this post if my experience is unsatisfactory.
I took my commercial lawnmower to Deals for a full service. They quoted me $70 plus parts on the phone. When I came there with my mower, the manager quoted me the same price and I signed a work form. When I came there to pick up my mower, they had charged me $338. They told me that they serviced the transmission and that's what cost so much. The manager denied ever quoting $70. He also denied that I signed a work form for that price and showed me a new form that said $150 labor. The customer signature line was left blank. Got my mower home and realized that they didn't even shoot the grease joints like they were supposed to.
