Homes are kind of run down.
This guy is a horrible person in general. Wants cash refuses to give a receipt bullying women and small children. Supposed to be a deacon in a church somewhere. I feel bad for the church if this is an example of the leadership there. Don't go here even if you are homeless. You'd be better off sleeping on a bench.
