This group of veterinarians is a perfect example of compassion and great medical practice. Our beagle is 14 going on 15, and he has had several procedures with Dr. Will. These include bladder stone removal, urethral stone removal, and seroma/lipoma removal. He is always patient, listening, and understanding and gives great information to help us make the best decisions for our sweet dog. We love them, and recommend them 100%!

I will never use Anderson County again! I took my elderly cat to them because she was acting strange. She was staying in the same place and was having trouble controlling her bladder. I figured I was going to have to put her down so I told them that when I placed the appointment. When I got to the vet a nurse told me to just take her to the back and they would start the euthanasia process. I replied shouldn't someone examine her first and all she said was I guess. The doctor examined her and stated she may have a urinary tract infection and they could keep her through the day to take a urine sample to test. The test came back normal so the vet concluded that it was all behavioral and the cat was just upset about something. I took her to another vet for a second opinion and they determined that not only did she have cancer but she was also in severe pain. The second vet said they had no idea how someone with a veterinary license could ever determine that her symptoms were just behavioral. I am extremely upset!
