We were on our way home from Disney and had stayed here on the way down and it was decent. It was late and we just needed a place to sleep & they had a room but we were told the key to the room didn't work but they would give us the room for $58. We said that would be fine as we all weren't going to have to leave & come back. One of the staff took us to the room to let us in. When we got in the room, there were dead bugs all over the bathroom, the TV didn't work, there was no wastebasket anywhere, there was old food under the desk & chairs and when we checked the mattresses, there were dead bed bugs on them. They brought us a wastebasket, came and swept up the bugs in the bathroom and couldn't get the TV to work. If it hadn't been so late and we didn't have 2 crabby kids, we would of left. When I checked out, I told the girl about how awful the room was and she couldn't find me in the computer and told me not to worry, that I wouldn't even be charged. Two months later, I get a charge on my CC for $94 as a no show! I am still fighting with my CC company about this charge and refuse to pay it! I am not usually a hotel snob, but this room was disgusting! Even when we checked in, the staff member who checked us in told the person who was taking us to our room what room we were going to and his response was "you rented that room?" That should have made a flag go up, but we were exhausted and just wanted off the road. This is an awful hotel and quite frankly when it was Country Inn, it was much better as we have stayed there a couple times. We will NEVER stay there again and I advise others to just pass it by also! If I could give it NO stars, I would have! Disgusting!
The location is good close by to a couple of stores and restaurant. Also close to I75 which gives you easy and quick to Knoxville. Pretty quit which I liked. The hotel is a little dated but for the most part clean I say most part because the sitting chair had some strange fluid stain on it, it could've been water or soda or even urine or semen I don't know that needs to be dealt with. The fitted sheet was inside out which in it self could've just been a minor over sight, but I'm not saying they did this but they could've just flipped it over from the previous person I say this because I seen it before. And there was a bug in my room. The staff was nice
This place was so great. The hot tub in the room was so nice. The room was huge and the bed was super comfy. The pool room was open during our stay and the pool is set at 80 degrees. My husband and I will deffinetly be back for our next vacation. They also had a laundry room! And the customer service was super. They were very pleasant and accommodating.
Location is right off interstate 75 at Clinton TN. Our visit was for 1 night a Saturday night at that. We did not have a reservation. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice, pleasant and helpful!! He explained everything in detail. The rooms were very NICE!! They are large with a large dresser. Large TV. Refrigerator, microwave, a large desk and chair. Also nice sitting chair as well. The beds are very comfortable! Large bathroom with plenty of counter space. Coffee Maker and hair dryer also. Plenty of towels. Everything was extremely nice and extremely clean. Although we did not use the swimming pool it was very nice as well. Breakfast was very tasteful and there was plenty of everything. I gave this hotel 5 stars because I was given 100% attention and I absolutely loved it. I definitely would go back there and would recommend it to my family and friends! And to anyone. Thank you.
This hotel is one of the best places my sister and I have stayed in. The staff are very friendly and very helpful.
