Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was great at answering my questions would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling through.
Checked in and checked out about 30 minutes later. I considered sleeping in our car instead - no idea how this place is even zoned residential. Our check in was done through bulletproof glass with a speaking hole. The trim along the wall was the plastic lining you put in gardens, wall outlets were missing, power cables everywhere, floor was uneven, door didn't sit in its frame right and genuinely looked like it had been beat in by the police. Zero stars - we went across the street to Hampton and it feels like a luxury hotel in comparison.

This place looked great and I was happy with how nice the maintenance man was. However, I was bitten by bed bugs. The owner did not believe me since he couldn't see the bed bugs. Funny thing about them is that they are nocturnal. I had bed bug bites on my face, neck, arms, legs, and back. He said the bugs must be under my skin since he couldn't see them! I figured there must be a language barrier. He kept implying I was stupid and a liar. When I would ask if he thought I was lying and that it's better safe than sorry he would interupt me with 'Where's the proof? If he didn't see them, they're not there." and many other things "trying to explain what proof means." That being said, since they didn't believe me it is obvious that they will not exterminate. I received a full refund, but the way he treated me was disgusting. I suppose because he felt someone was insulting his hardwork. I believe if your work is truly great, you would not be offended with one person having a problem. The maintenance man said they dealt with them a year ago and replaced everything, guess they're back. Hopefully he thinks of me when he gets another complaint about their bed bugs!
